Squat and give me twenty

Exercise tip:

How I’m working on my bikini butt. As a mother and busy working woman I know that exercise can be difficult to get in after a long day. So every time I use the bathroom at work I Squat  in the bathroom. If I need to get up and move around I go to the bathroom and squat. It’s not a pretty site, I must sound awful and it’s not much but hey, every bit of movement helps.
